Age Verification

Run It Once Poker Training

Every person signing up to Run It Once Poker agrees to declare that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, depending on their specific country of residence. We collect the name, address and birthdate of each new account holder to confirm the age and also never market or advertise our product to underage players.

Player Self Protection

All Run It Once Poker players are able to create limits on the amount of time that they can spend online. Setting limits on the actual value of deposits which can be made is also available and this can be done by submitting an email to [email protected] or by following the below instructions.

Set a Deposit Limit

Setting a Daily Deposit Limit will instantly limit a Player to not being able to exceed the desired amount within a twenty-four (24) hour period. This period commences immediately upon confirming that the limit is to be set.

Decreasing the value, such as from being able to deposit €100 each day to €50, is instant whilst increasing the limit will take seven (7) days to take effect. The same process can be done for Weekly and/ or Monthly Deposit limits. Monthly Deposit Limits are only lifted within seven (7) days following the termination of the original month during which they were imposed.

Follow the following instructions to limit the amount that you can deposit:

  • Log into your Run It Once Poker account via the poker client
  • Access “My Account” via the dropdown under your username
  • Click on “Account Limits” and expand the “Deposit Limits” section
  • Enter the amount that you would like to limit your deposits to in one or more of the limit options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly
  • Click “Proceed” to save your deposit limit.

Daily Games Transfer Limit

A Player can also set a Daily Games Transfer Limit. This will limit the maximum value of the funds which can be transferred to the Poker Games every twenty-four (24) hours. Setting a Games Transfer Limit is not linked to losses to once the set limit of funds has been matched, the Player will not be able to transfer any more funds until the limit resets the next day.

Buy In Limit

By setting this Limit, a Player can only ever transfer the maximum value of the limit per games transaction. If, for example, the Buy In Limit is set to €50, a Player can never transfer more than this value in a single games transaction.

Loss Limit

When a Loss Limit is set, which is calculated on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, the Player will not be able to risk more funds if the value has been matched in overall losses within the set period of time.

Time-Outs and Self-Exclusion

Set a temporary Time Out

Setting up a Time Out allows a Player to take a short break from playing at the tables. Any player with an active timeout is still allowed to login and withdraw funds but is not able to sit down on and play on any Ring Game tables or register and play in any Tournaments.

No deposits can be made during a Time Out and no promotional or marketing communications will be sent during this time. A player can select from twelve (12) hours, twenty-four (24) hours, one (1) week or one (1) month when requesting a Timeout and is immediately activated once submitted via the poker client. In addition, a player may request a longer Time Out period for any duration of up to six (6) months by submitting an email to [email protected]. Once imposed, a Time Out Period shall not be reduced or lifted.

Follow the following instructions to block your ability to play or deposit:

  • Log into your Run It Once Poker account via the poker client
  • Access “My Account” via the dropdown under your username
  • Click on “Account Limits” and expand the “Time Out” section
  • Select from the time out duration options: 12 hours, 24 hours, 1 week or 1 month
  • Click “Submit” to start your time out.

Set a period of Self-Exclusion

Players may decide to self-impose a longer break on their gaming account for a definite or indefinite period of time (called “Self-Exclusion”).

No deposits can be made during a Self-Exclusion and no promotional or marketing communications will be sent during this time. A definite Self-Exclusion may be set for either 180 or 365 days via the poker client, or for any duration of the player’s choice of up to five (5) years by submitting an email to [email protected]. A Self-Exclusion is immediately activated once submitted via the poker client.

A player may also self-exclude for an indefinite period of time. This can be done directly through the client or by submitting an email to [email protected]. Individuals who have not registered an account with Run It Once Poker may also decide to limit their access to the games by submitting a self-exclusion request to the same email address.

Additional Help

Here are some tips on how to play online responsible, along with some helpful website information dedicated to advice and counselling regarding gambling addiction:

  1. Play for entertainment, and not as a way of making money.
  2. Play with money that you can afford to lose. Never use money that you need for important things such as food, rent, bills, or tuition.
  3. Set deposit limits and ensure you never deposit more than you can afford to lose.
  4. Never chase losses. If you lose money, don’t play higher stakes to try and recoup your losses.
  5. Don’t play when you are upset, tired, or depressed. It is difficult to make good decisions when you are feeling down.
  6. Balance your playing with other activities. Find other forms of entertainment so playing does not become too big a part of your life.

There are several available tools which may help you control your gambling activity. These include special software which limits or blocks your access to gambling sites. If you share your computer with underage persons, you should consider installing parental control software to avoid them gaining access to gambling sites. More information about blocking software and parental controls can be found here.

The eight largest donations will automatically advance. If a tie presents itself, we will randomly draw between the donators that are tied.
For example, if the following donations are the largest: $1000, $950, $900, $600, $500, $300, $300, $300, and $300.
A random draw would take place between the four $300 donators, and two of those donators would win a spot in the tournament.

Donators who receive an entry into the tournament will receive an email from [email protected] informing them of their place on Friday morning. They will need to reply to the email on Friday by 20:00 UTC confirming they wish to play the tournament, or an alternate will be given the entry.
